3 essential tips for your personal self-esteem improve

Self-esteem help Tip 1: Open your heart and take care of the people who are close to your heart

You can give life to your close relationships alive again simply in really caring about the people who are close to you. Give these people something, something from deep in your heart - to show you that they are really important to you. Whether you're giving your partner some insight into your soul, or share some encouraging words with someone in your office, or really start to listen to a person when he or she is talking to you... try to see the world with his or her eyes - or if you simply offer someone your help seriously – and do it... whatever you choose to do to open your heart, you'll notice how people around you will appreciate this and come to you in a more open way ... It is a win-win situation for all participating! :-)
Open your heart and care about the people around you ... You will be surprised how wonderful this feeling can be...


Self-esteem help Tip 2: Do not be too strict with yourself! ;-)

Often we are much stricter to ourselves than we ever could be to other people ... we expect that we are perfect ... and always make everything right ... and beware! if we are not, then we punish ourselves in so many ways... we rail at ourselves or tell ourselves that we are not worthy...
That makes absolutely no sense! :-)

You can deal a bit softer with yourself ... it's okay that you have some mistakes, because you also have a lot of good sides! And if you take a little moment to think about it, then you can remember how many good qualities you have...
If you're weak sometimes, take it with humor .. ;-) Of course, you can work on improving yourself and finally become the person you really want to be ... but there is no need to whip yourself.. treat yourself with some love!
"I'm okay, you're okay!" ;-) How often have we smiled at that saying ... but if you can start to accept yourself for who you are - and pull off the glasses of perfection then you can begin to realize that something is changing ...

If you can accept yourself right the way you are right now, then you'll find it's also a lot easier to improve yourself, to learn, to grow and to finally become the person you really want to be.
Real internal change you can only reach in walking on the path of love and self-love – being „hard“ to yourself is something for wimps and softies ... which don't have the guts to open their heart and prefer to beat themselves up.
But you can decide today to stop this insane game of self-punishment ... You're really okay! :-)
And not only okay, you're a wonderful being, with so many positive characteristics, with so much love inside you... You really deserve to live the life that you want to live. In harmony with yourself and your environment ...

Remind yourself of your positive qualities – you have got in fact really a lot!


Self-esteem help Tip 3: Remember the good things you've already done!

Sometimes, when you're really in a deep hole, really being down, thinking you can get nothing right in your life, just remind yourself of all the wonderful things you've already done in your life! You can remember all these wonderful situations ... all these pictures before your eyes ... You might even hear words or sounds to the situations? How was it, when you were there? Could you step into this wonderful feeling again – if you wanted to? Right now, in your mind?! Do you remember how it it feels when you are really satisfied with yourself and the world around you ... Could you be proud of what you already achieved in your life until now? ... How does it feel when you can see these pictures again in your mind... how would it be if you could feel this wonderful feeling right now? Maybe you already get some special good feeling in your solar plexus area?! Maybe there is a feeling of strength, a feeling of power, a grateful feeling for all the beauty that you are?! :-) There you go! :-)


You can always go deeper into this feeling of freedom and clarity ...

Here is another helpful tool:
Buy yourself a small, blank book and write down every day 5 things that you've done well! 5 things you really did a good job at.

And if there is nothing you can think about, you maybe want to start with some small things like:

I cleaned my teeth perferctly this morning, or something like that.

There is always something that you did absolutely well today

It is important that you can start to focus on the good things in your life, so they can become more and more... :-)

And when you feel weak and little again, you just can take out your personal book of daily successes and remember who you really are!! Which wonderful qualities you have – and what you're capable to do!! What a wonderful human being you are!!

Remember how wonderful you are!
